Why Yosemite National Park?

The background in Jonathan’s profile picture is of Yosemite National Park; a place of particular significance to him.

Jonathan is an avid outdoorsman, making regular treks to America’s Great wilderness whenever his otherwise busy schedule as a syndication attorney allows. Yosemite is fond to Jonathan, not only because of his love for the splendor of nature, but also because that is where he proposed to his wife, Viv!

As a Founding Partner at Trowbridge Law Group LLP, Jon advises clients on matters related to crowdfunding, syndications, commercial real estate transactions, and securities laws.

In addition to offerings under Regulation D and Regulation A, Jon also has experience with helping clients raise funds under Regulation Crowdfunding (Regulation CF or Reg CF). His clients range from real estate syndicators to small business startups looking for early sources of funding.

Jon earned his JD from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law and BA from the University of California Los Angeles. He is also a real estate investor and currently a CCIM member candidate. Jon is licensed to practice law in California and Texas.
