About Tim
Tim Ivey is a Massachusetts estate planning attorney based on the South Shore of Massachusetts. He spent 15+ years working inside securities law firms as a systems administrator, building the CRMs, document automation, email infrastructure, and client pipelines that support a modern securities practice. He earned his JD from New England Law Boston cum laude in 2024 while continuing to run the firm's technology operations.
Tim supports the firm's securities practice for sponsor clients nationwide and leads the firm's Massachusetts estate planning practice, including pro bono estate planning for South Coastal Counties Legal Services and Community Legal Aid of Central and Western Massachusetts. He also runs the firm's technology, marketing, and operations. Tim brings both sides to every engagement: the attorney who understands the work and the technologist who builds the systems around it.
